Organic Dahlia Hartenaas

A beautiful low-growing organic dahlia for the flower border or containers! The small, open flowers in gorgeous shades of deep rose, light pink and white of Organic Dahlia, Hartenaas, will tempt bees and other pollinators to your garden. Pick regularly to encourage months of gorgeous flowers.

Growing instructions:
Plant organic dahlias in a sunny location with rich soil in May. Or start in pots indoors and transplant after the weather warms up. Flowers July-October. After the first frost, lift the tubers and allow them to dry before storing them over the winter. In milder areas, remove stems and foliage in late autumn, mulch with compost and leave the tubers in the ground – they’ll grow again next spring.
