The total liability of Primrose Trading Ltd., trading as Organic Gardener, for any claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us plus any postage charges incurred to the customer.
If you have a valid claim based on the poor condition or quality of the goods you ordered and you return them within a reasonable time, you are entitled to choose between a refund or replacement where possible.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We endeavour to keep the website up-to-date, but retain the right to update product information without notice.
2. Prices
It is possible that the price of the goods you ordered changes between the date we accept the order and the actual date of delivery. In this case you will pay the price as paid during the original transaction.
If we have underpriced a product by mistake, we will not be liable or made mandatory to deliver that specific product to you for the price that was visible on the website. When this is the case, we will notify you before we despatch the product to you. We reserve the right to cancel the order and will refund the amount you paid for in accordance with our return and refund policy.

We can’t accept liability for damage or loss of the goods you ordered, once they have been delivered in accordance with the instructions you gave for delivery on the checkout page.
We strive to deliver the goods within the stated time frame, but we can’t guarantee the actual delivery time. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to inform you about the change of the delivery date.
Ownership of the goods is due once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Our supplied goods are not for resale purposes.

Regarding the perennials and bulbs in particular, we cannot guarantee that your purchased flower bulbs or perennials will grow under any and all conditions, since we have no control over sunlight, the weather, your soil, moisture and similar regional factors that might impact the growth of perennials or bulbs in your garden.
