Organic Rocket Salad, is 100% pesticide-free. It is quick and easy to grow in even the smallest garden. The serrated dark green leaves have a fresh, peppery flavour and are rich in iron, vitamin C and anti-oxidants – the flowers are also edible. Pick the leaves when small or let them mature when they taste spicier.
Growing instructions:
Sow in succession from April to September in shallow drills, or grow in pots or grow bags. Keep watered. Rocket may bolt in hot, dry conditions.
Cooking:
Enjoy rocket raw on its own or combined with other salad leaves. Rocket is also delicious when lightly cooked as a pizza topping.
