Our 100% pesticide-free Organic Parsley, Italian Giant is one of the best flat-leaved varieties and has vibrant green, aromatic foliage with a fantastic flavour. Growing up to 75 centimetres, it looks lovely at the edge of a path or border.
Special note:
Pick regularly to prevent bolting. Italian Giant parsley will soon grow more leaves after cutting.
Growing instructions:
Sow in February at 13 degrees C and transplant in April. Make later sowings outside from April onwards. Thin seedlings to 25 centimetres apart.
Cooking:
Chop the leaves finely to flavour soups and casseroles or use them whole as a garnish. Combine parsley with mint for a tabbouleh or use in pesto and parsley sauce.
