Growing instructions
Sow inside in February at 13 degrees C, then transplant outside 25 centimetres apart in April. Sow directly in drills from April onwards.
Cooking:
Remove leaves from the stalk and chop finely. Use as a garnish and add to soups, stuffings and many other dishes. Essential in the classic parsley sauce and a delicious alternative to basil in pesto.
