When will my Grow-Your-Own Organic Vegetable & Herb Box Arrive?
Our monthly Grow Your Own boxes are sent out between the 12th and 20th of each month, or the nearest working day, guaranteeing that you get them precisely when it’s time to plant the seeds for the specific growing month.

What’s in Each Box?
Every monthly package includes a variety of vegetable, herb, and fruit seeds, as well as bare roots. The selection of seeds and bare roots will vary each month based on what can be successfully grown during that particular season.

The Monthly XL Grow-Your-Own Organic Veg & Herb box comprises the same content as the standard box: 3 seed packages (or a bare root or bulb substitute depending on the season), each accompanied by 3 wood fibre pots, peat-free compost bag, 3 wooden plant labels.
On top of that you will receive 10L of special potting and container compost which is Soil Association Approved for Organic Growing including 3 larger pots and/or bowls to transfer your seedlings to.
The potsizes will be tailored to the seeds you will receive.

Your box is tracked by Royal Mail. As soon as your Monthly Subscription Box is despatched, you will receive email notifications with updates about your parcel, tracking codes and the reference number of your parcel.

Enjoy this delicious and very easy to make recipe for Leek & Courgette Soup.
Ingredients:
- 2 leeks
- 2 courgettes
- 1 onion
- 2 spring onion stalks.
- 2 garlic cloves.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme.
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder (or turmeric).
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
How to make your own Leek & Courgette Soup:
- Dice the onion, spring onion stalks, garlic cloves, leeks, and zucchini into small pieces.
- Sauté diced onion, spring onion stalks, and garlic cloves in coconut oil for about 5 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Add leeks and sauté for an additional 3 minutes, then introduce courgettes. Stir-fry both for approximately 5 minutes over low heat.
- Season with a pinch of thyme, curry powder, and/or turmeric. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bring the mixture to a boil using about 1 liter of water.
- Incorporate the stock cube and let it simmer for around 10 minutes.
- Blend the mixture with a stick blender until it achieves a smooth, pureed consistency.
