Organic Cornflower Blue

The perfect addition to a cottage garden, our bright blue organic cornflowers (Centaurea Cyanus) are organically grown in the UK and are a magnet to bees and butterflies. Growing to 90cm, they look fantastic in mixed beds and borders and make lovely cut flowers.

These 100% pesticide-free cornflowers dry well and are edible, with a mild clove flavour. Create a beautiful garnish for cocktails, desserts and salads or add a splash of colour to potpourri.

Growing instructions:
Sow seeds from March-May straight into the ground in sunny borders. Thin seedlings to 5 centimetres apart but don’t transplant them. You can also sow in September for earlier flowers in spring.
