Organic chamomile is best grown in spring, from March to June. When planting, prepare the ground and sprinkle the seeds. Later, thin it to 15 cm apart. Chamomile prefers to grow in full sun, but you may initially water it if it’s too dry. Be sure to harvest flowers on a dry day, preferably in the morning for the best calming effect.
