Light up the garden from midsummer to autumn with the pale pink, candelabra-like flowers of Veronicastrum virginicum ‘Pink Glow’. A magnet to bees and butterflies, this long-lived perennial is also known as Culver’s Root. It looks lovely at the back of a herbaceous border, as part of a naturalistic planting or as a striking accent plant.
Culver’s Root ‘Pink Glow’ grows in almost any situation, but as it grows up to 1.5m tall, you may need to provide support, especially in shaded locations. Deadheading faded blooms will encourage more flowers. Like all our bee-friendly perennials, our Veronicastrum virginicum is 100% pesticide-free, so it’s an ideal addition to a natural garden.
