Our Organic Lettuce Baby Leaf Mix is organically grown in the UK and 100% pesticide-free, so it’s perfect for healthy and organically sourced dishes. You can sow all year round (under-cover in winter). Pick as baby leaves when a few inches high or grow larger for cut-and-come-again salad.

Special note: Ideal for growing several varieties in small spaces, excellent in containers or window boxes.

Growing tips: Sow indoors in a cool place in trays or modules. Sow outdoors in shallow drills from March onwards. Pick regularly to prevent running to seed.

Cooking: Baby leaves make a perfect green salad on their own or mix with avocados, cherry tomatoes and croutons for a delicious light meal.
