Growing instructions:
Sow April-May in shallow drills. Transplant in July 45 centimetres apart in rich soil and water well. Harvest October -February.
Cooking:
Shred Organic Kale, finely and enjoy raw in a mixed salad, with lemon juice, Parmesan and olive oil dressing. Steam lightly or shallow fry to make delicious Chinese seaweed.
