Organic Cauliflower Amabile is known for its rapid summer growth, featuring firm, creamy-white curds and lush dark green foliage. As one of the earliest cauliflower varieties to mature, Cauliflower Amabile can be harvested as early as June when sown in the spring. Growing Instructions: Initiate the growth process by sowing under glass in February, then transplant the seedlings with a spacing of 69 cm between March and July. For later sowings, consider planting directly outdoors. Ensure thorough watering and shield young plants from Large White butterfly caterpillars using mesh or fleece.

Cooking: Prepare Cauliflower Amabile seeds by removing its outer leaves and breaking it into florets. Steam or briefly boil until tender. For a flavourful twist, try roasting the cauliflower with spices. Additionally, it is a must-have for the classic cauliflower cheese dish.
