This bee-friendly perennial blooms with white catkin-like flowers dusted with strawberry pink, borne on dramatic purple-red stems that grow to 1.2 metres. Lovely in a meadow planting or a cottage garden scheme and fantastic for attracting wildlife to the garden.
Plant Strawberry Frost in a sunny or partly shaded spot with moist but not soggy soil where it will bloom from June to September. Will tolerate drier locations if watered in hot weather.
