Organic Cauliflower Goodman summer/autumn

Organic Cauliflower, Goodman, is a fast-growing summer cauliflower with firm, creamy-white curds and dark green foliage. It’s one of the first varieties to crop and can be ready to harvest in June from a spring sowing. Delicious fresh from the garden and also brilliant for freezing!

Growing instructions:
Sow under glass in February and transplant 69 cm apart March – July. Make later sowing outdoors. Waer well. Protect seedlings from the caterpillars of the Large White butterfly with mesh or fleece.

Cooking:
Remove outer leaves and break into florets. Steam or boil briefly until tender. Cauliflower is also fantastic roasted with spices – and is essential for the classic cauliflower cheese.
