Our Organic Cabbage, Klimaro F1 seeds are 100% pesticide-free and the perfect addition to an organic vegetable patch. Klima is a red cabbage with a superb flavour and a lovely deep purple-red inner colour. You can harvest it small or large – it’s also one of the very best cabbages for storing.

Growing instructions:
Sow Klimaro in shallow drills in April, then transplant 45 centimetres apart in May-June. Harvest Autumn – Winter.

Cooking:
Shred before steaming, stirfrying or boiling until just tender. Or braise in a slow oven, layered with apples, onions, brown sugar and wine vinegar. Klimaro is also delicious as coleslaw.
