Growing tips: Sow Organic Lettuce Baby Leaf Mix indoors in a cool place in trays or modules. Sow outdoors in shallow drills from March onwards. Pick regularly to prevent running to seed.
Cooking: Baby leaves make a perfect green salad on their own or mix with avocados, cherry tomatoes and croutons for a delicious light meal.
