Organic Spinach Renegade F1, has sweet, dark green leaves that you can harvest as baby salad leaves or mature spinach. This variety is naturally resistant to downy mildew, so it’s ideal for the organic garden.

Growing instructions:
Sow in rich, moisture-retentive soil from March-May and August-September. Water well in dry weather.
Cooking:
Wash Organic Spinach Renegade F1 leaves and enjoy raw. To cook spinach, shake off excess water and cook briefly on low heat until wilted. Enjoy in quiches, lasagne and as the base for Eggs Florentine or combined with potatoes and spices as Saag Aloo.
