Organic Pepper Fiesta F1 is 100% pesticide-free. It is a blocky yellow variety of sweet pepper, providing a high yield of sweet, golden fruits over a long period. Or harvest fruits when green for a sharper flavour.
Growing instructions:
Sow January – March at 18 to 21 degrees Celsius. Pot on as they grow and plant in a tunnel border or large containers. Harvest July – October.
Special note:
Fiesta has a natural resistance to the TMV-02 virus.
Cooking:
Fiesta is excellent sliced raw into salads or served as crudites. Add to chilli or soups and combine with other summer veggies such as tomatoes, courgettes and aubergines for ratatouille or salsa.
