Organic Parsley Moss Curled is 100% pesticide-free. It has tightly curled, mid-green leaves on sturdy stalks. This traditional English parsley is fantastic for cooking and is one of the most popular varieties. And it’s easy to grow, making an attractive edging for paths and borders.
Growing instructions
Sow inside in February at 13 degrees C, then transplant outside 25 centimetres apart in April. Sow directly in drills from April onwards.
Cooking:
Remove Organic Parsley Moss Curled leaves from the stalk and chop finely. Use as a garnish and add to soups, stuffings and many other dishes. Essential in the classic parsley sauce and a delicious alternative to basil in pesto.
