Organic Cucumber Akito F1, is a superb, dark-green cucumber combining the flavour of traditional varieties with the vigour of modern hybrids. Akito F1 is an all-female variety, so it has no bitter taste. Grow in the greenhouse or the garden.

Plant next to Tagetes to draw away aphids.
Growing instructions:
Sow indoors in April/May before transplanting to the garden after the last frost. Support the plants on strings or a wigwam of canes. Keep well-watered. Harvest regularly from late June.
Cooking:
Delicious sliced or diced in salads and as a garnish. Organic Cucumber Akito F1 is an essential ingredient in raita and tzatziki and also makes a tasty relish.
