Cocozelle zucchini usually takes about 50-60 days to mature. You can begin harvesting the zucchini when the fruits are around 6-8 inches long. It’s best to pick them while they are still tender and before they become too large, as they will be at their best in terms of flavor and texture. Regular harvesting will encourage the plant to continue producing throughout the growing season.
