For optimal growth, sow Organic Aubergine Black Pearl seeds from January to March indoors at temperatures ranging between 18 to 21 °C. Once they reach a height of 5 centimeters, transplant them and provide a warm environment. When ready for outdoor planting, space the aubergines 60 centimeters apart in grow bags or within a polytunnel/greenhouse. When planning to grow aubergines outside, then delay sowing until late March to April.
Harvest the fruits when they reach a length of 20 centimeters. In greenhouses, be wary of whitefly and aphids; combat them by planting aubergines alongside Tagetes for natural control.
