Pick fresh salad leaves all winter with Organic Lambs Lettuce Corn d’Olanda. This hardy variety of Corn Salad or Lamb’s Lettuce tolerates cold well and produces long, tender green leaves with a sweet, nutty flavour. Rich in vitamins and minerals, Organic Lambs Lettuce Corn d’Olanda, is easy to grow and is a fantastic addition to your winter vegetable patch.
Growing instructions:
Sow in 1 cm drills March – April for an early crop and again in July – October. D’Olanda won’t grow back after picking, so pull up the leaves as required.
Cooking:
Remove roots and wash before enjoying in a salad combined with leaves such as oakleaf lettuce and rocket.
