Growing mint with radishes deters flea beetles which can sometimes attack the leaves.
Growing instructions:
Sow direct into shallow drills every few weeks between March – September. Water when dry. They can be ready to harvest in just three weeks!
Cooking:
Radishes are delicious raw in salads, especially potato and mayonnaise salad. Remove leaves and roots, slice or eat whole. You can also make beautiful garnishes by carving radishes into flowers.
