Growing instructions:
Organic Cabbage Winter Deadon F1 can be sown in shallow drills March – April and transplant May-June in moist, rich soil. Add a collar to prevent cabbage root fly and cover with netting—harvest autumn-winter.
Cooking:
Remove outer leaves before shredding, then boil, steam or stir-fry briefly until tender. Shred raw leaves and enjoy in coleslaw and other salads.
