Our Whirling Bees & Butterflies Bare Root Perennial Flower Border collection is a fantastic way to increase your garden’s biodiversity instantly. All our bare-root perennials are grown in an eco-friendly way without any pesticides or chemicals and are brilliant for attracting more bees and butterflies to your garden. They look beautiful in flower borders (make a great entrance in your front garden for example!), and you can also grow them in containers on patios and balconies.

The collection creates a bee-friendly border of 6 m2. It contains 36 bare root plants, three each of 12 varieties, including:

• Achillea – yellow, pink or white flowerheads with hundreds of tiny blooms
• Agastache – spikes of lavender-blue flowers
• Betonica – bright purple-red flowers from midsummer to autumn
• Cephalaria – pale yellow scabious-like flowers
• Cynara – architectural leaves and thistle-like flowers
• Lobelia – upright spikes of blue, purple or red flowers
• Monarda – known as beebalm, aromatic foliage and pale purple flowers
• Rudbeckia – daisy-like flowers in yellow, red or orange
• Salvia – grey-green foliage and blue or lavender flower spikes
• Sanguisorba – feathery red, pink, or white flowers
• Solidago – graceful yellow blooms in late summer
• Veronicastrum – upright flower stems in white or pale purple

The kit also includes 12 wooden plant labels, a planting plan and instructions on how to care for your plants.
