Salvia nemorosa ‘Ostfriesland’ stands out with its stunning blue flowers and dark tips on the flowering spikes.

Preferably situated in a sunny spot within the border, Salvia nemorosa ‘Ostfriesland’ thrives in well-drained garden soil that is not excessively wet and is drought tolerant.

This sage blends seamlessly with other border plants and reaches a height of approximately 50-60 cm. Slender spikes of vivid violet-blue flowers appear from July to September, hovering above clusters of crinkled, mid-green leaves.
