Dahlia ‘Orfeo’ stands out with its impressively large cactus-type flowers, reaching up to 15cm, and an almost iridescent quality that truly shines in the border. The double flowers per stem boast pointed blooms with spiky petals, adding a distinctive charm to your garden. Grown and Soil Association certified 100% organic, this dahlia is a beacon of natural beauty.
Perfectly versatile, ‘Orfeo’ is ideal for both garden landscapes and as a stunning cut flower. It seamlessly integrates into soft pastel flower arrangements or acts as a bold and igniting element in contemporary gardens or interior displays. The long stalks make it an excellent choice for vases, encouraging you to plant a few extras.
Suited for large containers (with support due to its busy clump-forming structure) or gracefully weaving into the middle height of an herbaceous border, ‘Orfeo’ offers endless styling possibilities for your house and garden. Ensure proper staking for optimal growth.
Plant between March and May for blossoms from July to October, with a height reaching 1.2m and striking flowers measuring 15cm. Dahlia ‘Orfeo’ invites you to infuse your surroundings with its organic allure and dynamic presence.
