Maturing in 75 days after transplanting, you can harvest this Hispi cabbage through the summer and early autumn. Growing instructions:
Organic Cabbage Caraflex F1 ca be sown indoors in January/February or outside in March/April. Transplant 45 centimetres apart and pick before the first frosts. Or sow in late summer and transplant to a polytunnel or greenhouse for harvesting in early spring.
Cooking:
Shred the cabbage and steam or boil for a few minutes. Or try stuffing the leaves or adding to potatoes for Colcannon.
